Summer Winds Over a Starry Wyoming Valley
This medallion quilt starts with a 24-inch center block called Wyoming Valley and is surrounded by Friendship Star and Summer Winds blocks. There are a total of four rounds, creating a quilt of 72 inches. Click on each block below for a PDF of the piecing instructions.Fabric Requirements

Round 3 - Border
Cut six (6) strips, each 3.5" wide. Trim two of the strips to 42.5" and attach one strip to the top of the quilt, and one strip to the bottom of the quilt. With remaining strips, piece together two strips, each 48.5" long. Attach strips to the sides of the quilt. Note: the quilt shown has a mitered border, but the yardage requirement is the same.
